- I'm originally from Rock Hill, SC. I can trace my family back to my Great-Grandfather, Elmore D. Bowers, Sr. (1875-1951) From there, there is Elmore Jr., Frank P., Sr - WWII(Grandfather), Frank P., Jr - also WWII(Father). How many other Bowers Carpenters/Woodworkers are there out there? GGF was known for his fine furniture making. This knowledge has been passed down and I am still learning from my Father, carrying on the fourth generation of woodworking. (So does my Brother, Michael!) Any Connections? - Let me know!

I am a juggler too, and would like to get in contact with other jugglers. You seem to be their leader. :-) I will be going to the Pennsylvania Rennisance fiar (I think it is in Pittsburg, Phily, or Harrisburg, not really sure) Will you be there on the 3 of October? If so, I would like to show you some of my self-taught contact juggling. I use a tennis ball and have (at least I think) good control over it. He was a heating and air conditioning contractor. They were divorced @1929 and Fannie remarried; so did he. I all but lost track of him but know his death was in 1960.

Going back to my great grandparents, he was able to list 465 descendents. My grandparents, Lewis Bowers (b. 1900; d. 1960) and Grace Langley Bowers (b.?; d. 1965) moved from Windber, PA to Cleveland, OH sometime in the 1940's. Lewis and Grace had 10 kids, including my dad, so there are a whole bunch of Bowers' that come from the Cleveland area. My dad has been trying to find out information on a lost relative.
